1)鬆馳熊甜腐皮寿司:
飯
甜腐皮 2塊
芝士 1~2塊
紫菜 2~3片
2)鼻窿雞:
蛋 1隻
紅蘿蔔 1片
紫菜 2~3片
3)裝飾用:
小獅子狗卷 2條
火腿 1片
雜菜
車厘茄 2粒
Method
1. 鬆馳熊甜腐皮寿司:甜腐皮内加飯。用鬆馳熊專用模(烘培店有售)壓芝士造出鬆馳熊眼、鼻的白色部份。最後用紫菜壓模壓出鬆馳熊的眼、鼻、口的黑色部份。
2. 鼻窿雞:烚蛋10分鐘。剝殻,切半。一片紅蘿蔔作為鼻子。用紫菜壓模壓出鼻窿雞的腳指;另用剪刀剪眼及鼻窿。
3. 車厘茄獅子狗卷:用膠簽串起一齊即成。
4. 櫻花火腿:把櫻花型模放在火腿,壓出櫻花形狀出來。
5. 最後用雜菜,車厘茄做裝飾。
