茄子 2條
豬肉 $20
紅蘿蔔 少許
蔥花 少許
芝士 2片
Seasoning
鹽 少許
麻油 少許
胡椒 少許
Method
1. 先把蔬菜洗好,茄子切成一半,紅蘿蔔切成小粒粒
2. 豬肉切成肉碎,加鹽、胡椒及麻油調味
3. 燒熱鍋,加一匙油,油熱之後可加豬肉碎炒,炒至半熟時加紅蘿蔔粒,多炒一會先就可以上碟待用
4. 焗爐200度預熱10分鐘
5. 焗盤先塗少許油,把茄子放上,然後把炒好的豬肉碎放在茄子上,灑上蔥花及芝士,入焗爐焗15-20分鐘即可!
Tips
1. 豬肉碎邊炒邊壓,可以避免成了豬肉塊
2. 豬肉也可以叫店主幫你攪碎,不過,自己切的,是真的不同
3. 茄子切成一半後,用刀界十字,可以令茄子更入味
4. 也可以加上粟米粒及青豆粒,口感會更豐富好味~
5. 芝士本身已有小小鹹味,所以調味的時候,不用下太多鹽喔~
