三文魚 20克
粟米粒 15克
甘筍 10克
蛋黄 (撥勻)1隻

鹽、糖、胡椒粉和麻油 各少許
Method
1嘉頓方包切成圓形 。
2三文魚肉隔水蒸10分鐘,壓碎。甘筍烚腍,切粒。
3三文魚肉加栗米粒和甘筍粒拌勻,加鹽、糖、胡椒粉和麻油調味。
4像包餃子一樣,以方包做皮,包入三文魚蓉,以蛋漿封口。
5塗上蛋漿,置已預熱(200度)焗爐焗約10分鐘,至餃子金黄即可。

三文魚含有奧米加3脂肪酸,對於兒童的腦部及視力發展尤為重要。
