豆漿500毫升
杞子3克
蛋 (撥匀)1隻
麥皮 2湯匙
Method
1嘉頓麥包切粒,烘至香脆。
2豆漿加麥皮和杞子煮滾,收慢火,加入蛋成蛋花。
3加麥包粒即可。
Tips
麥包含較多纖維,有助增加大腸蠕動,改善腸道健康,減少便秘的機會。

黃豆含有豐富的異黃酮;有助降膽固醇、清除血液中自由基的功能及防止血管失去彈性。

杞子含有花青素,可保持血管彈性及預防血管硬化。
