薑 3-4片
蒜 3-4粒
蔥 3-4粒
Seasoning
沙嗲醬 1湯匙
糖 半茶匙
Method
1.先沖洗瀨尿蝦,薑切片,蒜切碎,蔥切絲
2.先用油爆香薑蒜
3.加入沙爹醬炒勻
4.加入瀨尿蝦
5.炒勻等蝦吸味再加入糖炒,蓋上蓋焗一焗,瀨尿蝦變紅色就再炒勻,最後加蔥炒勻
