Ingredient and Portion
羊架 數隻
開心果 1包
Seasoning
香草 小量
黑胡椒粉
麵包脆
蒜頭 2個
橄欖油
迷迭香 小量
Method
1. 先在背部輕輕斜切數刀, 再下鹽和胡椒調味
2. 先煎羊架表層
3. 弄碎開心果, 香草和麵包一同塗上羊架上
4. 放入焗爐
Tips
1. 因為羊架太乾會令麵包糠脫落所以要落橄欖油
2. 焗爐大約200度, 焗大約30分鐘
3. 先放錫箔紙放在羊架上防止焗燶
