新鮮蟹、蝦、沙白配上索味嘅粉絲,令人垂涎三尺。
Ingredient and Portion
新鮮蝦 1斤
肉蟹 1斤
沙白 半斤
粉絲 200g
薑 切絲
蒜頭 2粒
辣椒 1條
Seasoning
雞湯 500ml
Method
1. 辣椒切絲備用
2. 起鑊加入蒜頭爆香,放入雞湯500ml
3. 滾後加入蝦蟹中火煲十分鐘
4. 然後把粉絲及沙白放入湯內太約煲5分鐘
5. 加鹽便可上枱
Tips
蝦蟹和沙白的烹調時間不同,不要一次下鍋
