製作簡單又健康的焗飯,就最適合忙碌的城市人。這個西蘭花豆腐雙色芝士焗飯製作既容易又健康!由於太太是素食者,所以我們的版本以清淡為主,就算下了很多芝士,亦只會香而不鹹。由於材料簡單,一般超市都可以買到所需材料,而且做法十分方便快捷,零難度、失敗機會微!

Ingredient and Portion
白米
西蘭花 1-2棵
百福蒸煮滑豆腐 1盒
車打芝士碎、莫沙里拉芝士碎 適量
油 少量
鹽 少量

Method
1. 預先煮好白飯
2. 燒開水,下少許油鹽,將西蘭花下水煮3分鐘,另外將滑豆腐切件備用
3. 將白飯鋪好在焗盤內,放上西蘭花及滑豆腐,可梅花間竹擺放令賣相好睇一點
4. 灑下大量芝士,務求平均散落各處,以210°C面火焗10-15分鐘即成
Tips
1. 變化上,可以將白飯加入雜菜及雞蛋變為炒飯底,令味道層次多些
2. 若想口感濕潤一點,可將罐頭白汁或煮少許罐頭粟米湯淋上飯面,接着步驟3鋪西蘭花及滑豆腐。
3. 材枓無特定份量,全部均可以以個人喜好而加減。像我和太太都喜歡芝士的香味,所以灑下大量芝士,車打芝士取其香,而莫沙里拉芝士取其質感。
