有時唔想食飯,但又唔想食炒粉麵時,不妨整個紅咖喱豬扒配芝士軟包 ,新手都可以輕易做得到
食譜為2-3人份量

Ingredient and Portion
材料:
1. 丹麥有骨豬扒4件 (Taste or 吉之島有售)
2. 芝士軟包 (吉之島糧友パン工房)
Seasoning
1.藍象牌紅咖喱 (圖中為綠咖喱) 3湯匙
2.黑椒少許 (醃豬扒用)
3.鹽少許 (醃豬扒用)
4.黃糖 1/2湯匙
5.椰奶1/2小罐/盒
6.水1/3碗
Method
1.豬扒解凍後,用刀背將豬扒兩面泵鬆
2.用黑椒和鹽略醃
3.準備煎Pan/鑊,落油,油熱後放豬扒煎至兩面金黃,上碟備用
4.不用洗煎Pan/鑊,將餘下調味料落回Pan/鑊伴好,再將豬扒回鑊,試味調校至自己喜歡的辣度(太辣加椰奶;不夠辣就加咖喱醬),當醬汁開始收乾時上碟,吃時醬汁分開上,配上芝士軟包同吃,完成!
