香檳100ml
糖3湯匙
水200ml
魚膠粉2茶匙
水3湯匙
Method
1. 魚膠粉以3湯匙水浸發起。
2. 糖加200ml水煮至溶,加入並拌溶魚膠粉,待差不多涼倒入香檳。
3. 將2/3香檳o者喱水平均倒進透明小杯,放入雪櫃凝固。
4. 其餘1/3o者喱水坐冰打至起泡,倒進已凝固的香檳o者喱上。
Tips
1. 為免使1/3o者喱水在分入杯前凝固,可先坐熱水。
2. 香檳可換上同等份量的紅酒、啤酒或汽水,一樣可以做出相同效果。
