蛋白 2隻
脫脂奶 1杯
水浸吞拿魚 2湯匙
粟米 1/2杯
鹽 適量
生粉 1茶匙
油 1茶匙
Method
1. 番茄洗淨切件,伴於碟邊作裝飾。
2. 鹽及生粉用少許水開勻,加入蛋白及脫脂奶打勻備用。
3. 燒熱油,倒入蛋白奶糊,中火炒熟,再放入吞拿魚及粟米略炒即成。
