蒸水蛋係一個好普通既家常菜,但要蒸得滑溜都有少少秘訣,等我同大家分享下。

蛋 4隻
水 蛋的份量2倍
Seasoning
鹽 少量
Method
1. 蛋漿同水既比例係1:2,兩者攪勻後濾走泡泡。
2. 加入適量的鹽,用錫紙或鍋蓋蓋著,放入水滾的鑊中轉中火蒸10分鐘即成。
Tips
記得要濾清泡泡,否則蒸熟後會有好多氣泡。
