夏天胃口差,不想食熱辣辣的飯菜,不如換吓口味試吓日式冷烏冬,健康快捷又美味!

烏冬 1包
Seasoning
冷麵汁 適量
青芥辣 少許
乾蔥蒜 適量
Method
1. 煲滾水,放入烏冬煮開。
2. 煮熟後的烏冬撈起,立即放進冰水並放入冰箱急凍五分鐘。
3. 取出瀝乾水分。
4. 調冷麪汁,放入青芥辣及乾蔥蒜拌勻即可。
Tips
1. 調味料可視乎個人喜好以七味粉或其他材料代替。
2. 市面上有濃縮冷麵汁售賣,只需加水便可,十分方便。
