一般焗闊麵都配以肉醬餡料,今次用多種蔬菜做餡,味道更清新。

南瓜(切粗粒) 250克
鮮露筍(切片) 6條
乾番茄 2湯匙
粟米粒 1罐
Lasagne闊麵 15張
Mozzarella芝士(切條) 250克
Seasoning
素汁:
牛油 30克
麵粉 2湯匙
素菜湯 225毫升
鮮奶 225毫升
Method
1. 素汁:溶牛油,離火拌入麵粉,慢慢加入素菜湯及鮮奶,待滾,調味。
2. 南瓜放鹽水中煮4分鐘。
3. 用少許粟米油炒露筍、南瓜、乾番茄及粟米粒,最後加回素汁,拌勻及調味。
4. 在焗盤上放少許餡,放上3張闊麵,再上餡,另3張闊麵,如此相間將餡料及闊麵疊好,上面鋪上所有剩餘餡料,入已預熱至攝氏200度的焗爐焗10分鐘。
5. 取出,灑上芝士條,再入爐焗5分鐘,即可趁熱享用。
