檸檬蛋醬酸甜醒胃,整體味道輕怡百搭,對於吃膩了濃油赤醬者來說不失為新鮮之選。
Ingredient and Portion
牛油 200克
砂糖 200克
檸檬 3個(搾汁並磨皮)
雞蛋 3隻
Method
1. 將牛油、砂糖、檸檬汁及檸檬皮隔水攪拌,煮至濃稠。
2. 打入雞蛋,繼續攪拌至濃稠度適中為止。
3. 把蛋醬置於雪櫃冷藏一晚,即可配麵包、英式鬆餅或硬麵包圈享用。
