薯仔 2個
瘦免治牛肉 90克
粟米粒 1杯
洋蔥 少許
橄欖油 2茶匙

醃料:
生抽 半茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
Seasoning
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 將薯仔放入沸水中煮至熟透,瀝乾水份後,去皮壓成薯蓉,再拌入調味料待用。
2. 把焗爐預熱至攝氏200度。
3. 牛肉與醃料拌勻。
4. 用橄欖油炒熟牛肉、洋蔥及粟米粒,待涼備用。
5. 將餡料及薯蓉各分成3份,每份薯蓉包入1份餡料。
6. 放入已預熱的焗爐中,焗15至20分鐘。見薯蓉表面轉金黃色即成。
