台灣鳳梨酥就食得多,不如整下鳳梨卷。
Ingredient and Portion
三角金罐牛油 125克
糖霜 30克
雞蛋黃 1隻
低筋麵粉 210克
雲呢拿香油 1/2茶匙
現成鳳梨餡 250克
Method
1. 預熱焗爐至攝氏170度。
2. 將牛油和糖霜用打蛋器打勻,加入雲呢拿香油。
3. 加入蛋黃打勻。
4. 分數次篩入麵粉攪勻。
5. 把粉糰放入鳳梨模唧筒唧成條狀。
6. 取出7至8克鳳梨餡,包入餡收好邊,放上焗盆。
7. 放入已預熱的焗爐焗15分鐘至金黃色即成。
