Ingredient and Portion
蝦 8隻
鮮磨菇(切片) 1/4碗
薯仔(大) 1個(切8片)
粟米粒 2湯匙
番茄醬 2湯匙
低脂芝士 2片(每片一分為四)
香草(隨意) 少許
Seasoning
蝦醃料:
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 預熱焗爐至160℃。
2. 薯仔厚片放入焗爐焗10分鐘,待用。
3. 蝦去殼,下醃料醃片刻,灼熟,瀝乾。
4. 每片馬鈴薯均塗上番茄醬,放上磨菇、蝦和粟米粒,鋪上芝士。
5. 放入焗爐焗至芝士融掉,取出灑上香草即成。
