木耳 1両
紅棗 6粒
生薑 2片
魚尾 1條
紹酒 半杯
Method
1. 木耳以溫水浸軟,去硬蒂後撕開備用。紅棗去核洗淨。生薑去皮洗淨。
2. 魚尾去鱗清洗乾淨,抺乾水份。
3. 起油鑊把魚尾煎成金黃色。注入紹酒半杯及3碗清水。再加入木耳、生薑片、紅棗等以慢火煮半小時,加鹽調味後即可飲用。
