阿華田營養麥芽飲品除了可以即沖享用,也可以用來製作甜品,將阿華田製成馬拉糕的餡料,創製出中西合璧的甜品。

Ingredient and Portion
阿華田醬:
牛油 1両(37.5克)
阿華田粉 8錢(32克)
鮮奶 2両(75克)
清水 3両半(131克)
砂糖 1両(37.5克)
清水 1両(37.5克)
粟粉 1両半(56克)

馬拉糕材料:
砂糖 8両(300克)
麵粉 8両(300克)
雞蛋 8隻
花奶 半碗
吉士粉 1両(37.5克)
泡打粉 2錢(8克)
牛油 1両(37.5克)
粟米油 2両(75克)
Method
先做阿華田醬:
1. 牛油、阿華田粉、鮮奶、清水及砂糖混合,放入煲內煮熱。
2. 將清水及粟粉混合,至阿華田料差不多煲滾時,加入粟粉水撞熟推至杰身。
3. 阿華田醬放涼備用。

做馬拉糕步驟:
1. 將雞蛋打至少許淡色,加入砂糖拌勻,然後加入麵粉及吉士粉拌勻,將泡打粉用花奶開勻後加入雞蛋漿中,最後加入牛油及粟米油成粉漿。
2. 將粉漿倒入6吋蛋糕圈內(蛋糕圈先以牛油紙包好底部),蒸30分鐘成馬拉糕,取出放涼。
3. 將放涼後的馬拉糕打橫兩刀片成薄片,在最底層唧上阿華田醬後放上中間的馬拉糕片,再在上面唧上阿華田醬,蓋上最頂層的馬拉糕即成。
