Ingredient and Portion
酥皮 1片(現成or自己搓)
蛋白 半隻
糖粉 60至80克
杏仁片 約50克
Method
1. 把酥皮壓薄至厚薄一致。
2. 用刀將酥皮cut出長條形7cm x2.5cm。
3. 蛋白加入糖粉,拌勻直至糖粉融化且呈光澤狀。
4. 把蛋白糖霜塗於酥皮面再加上杏仁片。
5. 放入已預熱至攝氏200度的焗爐中層焗15分鐘,至成金黄色,關火後放下層再燜10分鐘即成香脆的杏仁條。
