雞翼 8隻
洋蔥(大) 1個
乾蔥 少許
薑 1片
冰糖 半粒
Seasoning
糖 少許
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許

醃料:
生抽 1茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 將雞翼洗淨後放入沸水中拖過,取出沖凍水,抹乾及加醃料拌勻,醃約1天。
2. 將洋蔥去皮,洗淨,切片。燒油放入雞翼,清水加冰糖蓋煮15分鐘左右,再加入洋蔥兜炒片刻,贊少許酒及加入調味料,蓋上5分鐘,待雞翼稔熟即可上碟。
