普普通通既牛油曲奇會整好多,但花生醬曲奇就小la,呢個花生醬曲奇有好重的花生醬味。鐘意花生醬既人一定會喜歡食。

Ingredient and Portion
(約35塊、5cm直徑)
牛油(室溫)75克
糖霜(icing sugar) 70克
全蛋 1隻
花生醬 50克
麵粉(Plain flour)120克
粟粉(Corn flour) 30g
Method
1. 牛油室溫放軟。
2. 加入已篩過糖霜攪拌。
3. 加入已打發全蛋液攪拌(分三次)。
4. 加入花生醬攪勻。
5. 加入已篩過麵粉和粟粉攪拌。
6. 麵漿放入唧袋做形。
7. 放入已預熱攝氏180度的焗爐焗10分鐘,再轉攝氏100度焗5分鐘。
Tips
牛油不需要用打蛋器打發,用叉壓平即可。
以上製法不需要用打蛋器。
