豆腐鯪魚餅食起來脆中帶軟,非常可口。
Ingredient and Portion
鯪魚肉 6兩
硬豆腐 1件
忌廉粟米罐頭 2罐(約950克)
水 1/2杯
粟粉、鹽、糖 各適量
Seasoning
調味:
鹽 1茶匙
生粉 2茶匙

汁料:
鹽 1茶匙
水 2湯匙
麻油、胡椒粉 各少許
Method
1. 忌廉粟米加水煮至滾,加入鹽、糖、粟粉煮至濃稠。
2. 鯪魚肉加調味料後,平均放上硬豆腐上。
3. 在鯪魚豆腐上蘸生粉,放入已燒熱的油內炸,呈金黃色後盛起,切件。
4. 把飯放在碟上,攪勻汁料,淋上汁,並放炸鯪魚豆腐即成。
