豬蹄膀 1個
蔥 10枝
八角 1顆
冰糖 3湯匙
酒 1/3杯
醬油 1/2杯
Method
1. 豬蹄膀先用水燙過,洗淨 鍋中放水3杯煮滾。
2. 放下蔥枝、八角、冰糖、豬蹄膀,隨即加入酒及醬油。
3. 先大火煮滾,加蓋,再改極小的火熬燉3小時至肉酥爛即可。
4. 放入已燒熱的油內炸,呈金黃色後盛起便可盛盤。
