此菜很脆滑,做法不難做。
Ingredient and Portion
鮮魷魚3大隻
麵粉4-6湯匙
麵包糠 適量
涼拌豆腐 30克
Seasoning
鎮江醋 2湯匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
鹽 少許
Method
1. 先將魷魚切成幼絲,涼拌豆腐切粒,然後一齊放在容器內,用手攪至起膠(順住一個方向)。
2. 起膠魷魚放入調味料,再加入麵粉;將魷魚膠弄成球狀。
3. 在表面放麵包糠,放在滾油炸6-8分鐘,即成。
