This dessert is not only easy to make, it also has a wonderful and colourful presentation. because it is eaten with a mixture of canned fruits, it is not too heavy, and is great for both parties or as an after dinner dessert.

Ingredient and Portion
milk 2 cups
hot water 1 cup
gelatine powder 2 tbsp
sugar approx. 2tbsp
almond essence 2tsp
canned fruit cocktail 1 large can
Method
Dissolve gelatine powder in hot water until melted.
Stir in sugar and mix until sugar melts.
Add in milk and almond essence and mix well.
Pour mixture into a square or rectangular pan and place in refridgerator for about 2 hours until mixture is set.
When set, cut into cubes and place in a large bowl, then pour fruit cocktail over beancurd cubes and serve.
