This beef brisket is the kind which is available at many local noodle eateries. Usually, the longer the dish is cooked, the tastier it will get.

Ingredient and Portion

turnip 640g
brisket of beef 640g
spring onion, parsley some
red pepper 1 piece
Seasoning

Seasonings :
ginger 4 piece
cayenne pepper and aniseed star a little
chu-haw sacue 3 tsp
salt some
dark soy sauce 1 tsp
light soy sacuce 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
water some

Marinades :
oil 1 tsp
mung bean flour 1 tsp
Method

Slice turnip and brisket of beef into small pieces and mix with marinades for 10 mintues.
Shallow fry for a short while until the surface changes colour.
Heat the seasonings in the pot until boil. Add in the ingredients.
Cooking for 2 hours. Sprinkle with spring onion, parsley and red pepper. Serve.
