Chicken Satay Skewers

These easy to make chicken skewers never fails to satisfy your guests at a party. Serve with the rich and nutty home-made dipping sauce, or buy ready made versions to save time.
Ingredient and Portion
chicken meat 250g
wooden skewers 8pcs
Seasoning
Marinade for chicken:
light soya sauce 1/2tbsp
sugar 1/2tbsp
minced garlic 1tsp
pinch of pepper
Method
Cut chicken meat into small pieces, then marinade for at least 2 hours. Place meat on skewers.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, then pan fry the skewers until done. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Tips
The dipping sauce actually is pretty easy to make as well. Simply cook the following ingredients briefly:
Chunky peanut butter 2tbsp
curry paste 2tbsp
light soya sauce 1tbsp
dark soya sauce 1tbsp
oyster sauce 1/2tsp
sugar 1tbsp
