These chicken wings can be either panfried, fried or for a healthier option, baked in hot oven.
Ingredient and Portion
chicken wings 1 pound
Seasoning
preserved bean sauce 12 cubes
sugar 12tsp
cooking wine 1tsp
Method
mash preserved beancurd into paste. mix well with sugar and wine. Rub onto wings evenly, and let marinade.
heat oil to fry the chicken wings, or place wings in oven to roast until cooked.
Tips
The longer the chicken wings are let to marinade, the tastier the wings.
