朱古力林明頓蛋糕
Ingredient and Portion
蛋 2隻
蜂蜜 2湯匙
低筋麵粉 40g
菜油/牛油 10g
椰絲 適量

朱古力醬:
朱古力 50G
牛奶 25G
Method
1. 蛋加入蜂蜜打到完全杰身至奶白色
2. 再慢慢分三次加入麵粉攪拌至無粉
3. 加入牛油溶液拌勻(不用過份攪拌)
4. 倒入正方形的蛋糕模內
5. 用180度焗15-17分鐘
6. 將朱古力用微波爐/隔水座熱至溶加
7. 入牛奶攪拌好
8. 將蛋糕切粒加入朱古力醬加入椰絲
9. 雪凍即可

1. 用熱水座住打蛋會較快杰身
