Cod fish are now widely available at almost all major supermarkets. It is most popular for its flaky and oily texture. Try this Chiu-chow way of cooking fish as an alternate to plainly grilling it.
Cod fish fillet 1pc approx. 300 g minced pork 150g preserved vegetable (Dong-CHOY) 2tbsp stock 2cups
Seasoning
Marinade for fish: Some salt,pepper and wine
Marinade for meat: Some salt and pepper
Method
Marinade both fish and pork. Bring stock to the boil, add in preserved vegetables, minced pork and boil for 2 minutes. Add in fish fillet and cook until both sides are done.
