Ingredient and Portion
Eggs 4-6 pcs
fried peanuts,green peas1/2cup each
coconut milk1cup
Seasoning
red pepper powder2tsp
fish sauce,sweet chili paste1tbspeach
sugar,pepper use according to liking
Method
Hard boil eggs.Remove shell and cut into halves.
Heat some oil, and fry sweet chili paste and pepper powder. Add in some of the coconut milk and cook till it thickens.
Put eggs, peas and peanuts into sauce and stir well.
Add in remaining coconut milk, and add in seaonings. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and serve.
