1. Wash potato and boil in water until soft. Pat dry and cut into small dices.
2. Marinade beef or pork; Finely dice onions.
3. Heat some oil in pan, fry onions, then add in meat and potato.
4. Add curry paste and seasonings and stir until well combined, and reserve for later use.
5. Cut each slice of bread into 2 triangles, put filllings in the center and cover with another piece. Press the side with a fork to prevent filling from spilling out.
6. Dip in beaten egg thoroughly and fry in heated oil until golden in colour.
1. When frying filling, make sure it its dry enough so as to prevent from the sauce making the toast soggy.
2. Make sure the oil is hot enough when frying the bread. Turn to medium heat after frying the bread for 10 seconds.
