Rinse giblets,wipe dry and marinade.
Pat giblets dry with a kitchen paper, then dip into egg white and cornstarch mixture.
Heat oil in wok, then put in giblets and deep fry until golden. Serve with walnuts.
By dipping the marinaded giblets in egg then cornstarch and baking powder, teh juice of the giblets are locked in, preventing it from being dried out inside when frying.
