Wash salmon fillet, wipe dry, marinade with salt,pepper and lemon juice.
Beat eggs. Place fish pieces in egg mixture and pat with a thin layer of corstarch. Deep fry or stir fry fish in oil, discard and drain oil.
Place in serving dish.
Heat water in pan, dissolve stock cube in water and add in remaining seasonings and cook until boils. Use some cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp of water to thicken the sauce. Pour on fish fillets and serve.
