This is a traditional fukienese snack eaten during New Year.

Ingredient and Portion

2 fresh beancurd sheets
450 minced pork
6 water chestnuts (skinned)
38g dried shrimps
3 sprigs spring onion (diced)
Seasoning

2 tsps five-spices powder
1 tsp cornfolur
2 tbsps fish gravy
Method

Cut the stalks from the caps of mushrooms. Soak until soft and dice.
Wash dried shrimps and soak until soft.
Wash water chestnrts and crush.
Combine minced pork, mushrooms, dried shrimps, water chestnuts and spring onion dice with seasoning and chill for 1 hour.
Cut each beancurd sheet into quarters. Put stuffing on each quarter and roll. Arrange on plate and steam over medium heat for 10 mins. Remove and leave to cool.
Heat wok and add 4 tbsps of oil. Saute and stir fry pork rolls until golden brown and crispy. Drain and section.
Tips
若在食時蘸上o急汁或浙醋,肉卷便更加惹味。
