1. Peel potatoes and hard-boil them till done. Press potatoes into hash and stir in seasonings.
2. Rinse white cabbages and blanch till tender and done. Squeeze cabbages dry and mince into hash. Peel carrot and cook till tender, then dice for later use.
3. Blend minced cabbages and diced carrot into potato hash, divide mixture into portions and shapes them into cakes. Sprinkle on white sesame.
4. Fry cakes in a non-stick pan till sesame turns golen, dish up.
