Heat some oil in pan,saute beansprouts and cabbages in shallots. Set aside and reserve for later use.
Heat some oil again,fry pork until done.

Oiled noodles are available at fresh noodle stores. They are yellow in colour and round in shape, resembling the shape of spaghetti. Dried versions are sometimes available in supermarkets, but they must be boiled and rinsed under cold water before using it in this recipe.
