Parboil chicken meat and tear into tiny and long strips. As it is still hot, add salt for seasoning till cold. Shred cucumber and peeled carrot. Parboil a short while. Remove and drain till cold.
Heat red pepper oil to fry chopped garlic. Remove and cool.
Mix the cooled chicken strips, shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, chopped green onion and red pepper oil evenly. Spray sesame on the top. Serve cold.
