When mushrooms are soft, cut them into fine shreds or slices.
When vermicelli are soft, cut into shorter pieces.
Slice lean pork and marinade with 1tsp of light soya sauce, and 1/2tsp each of pepper,sesame oil and wine.
Heat a little oil in pan, fry ginger slice, add in pork shreds and pour in wine. Add in remianing ingredients and bring to the boil, and thicken it with some cornstarch solution.
