If Kimchee is way to spicy to be eaten on its own, try making this savour pancake, as it washes down the spice level and makes a convenient dish to eat with rice.
Ingredient and Portion
Korean kimchee 200g
Flour 200g
egg 2pcs
Seasoning
Salt and sugar-1/2tsp of each
sesame oil 1tsp
Method
Cut kimchee into small pieces.
Combine flour with eggs,stir well until smooth, and stir in kimchee and seasonings as well and stir until well combined.
Heat oil in non stick pan, pour in mixture and fru until both sides turn golden in colour.
