pork chops 2-3pcs Lemon grass 1 stalk (crushed lightly, and cut small) minced garlic and minced shallots 2cloves of each red chili pepper (optional)
Seasoning
Marinade: light soya sauce 1tbsp sugar 1/3tsp salt 1/4 tsp beer or lemon juice 1/2tbsp cornstarch 1tbsp
Seasoning: Fish sauce 1tbsp sugar 1/3tsp sesame oil and pepper some of each
Method
Marinade pork chops (do not put in cornstarch). Heat oil in wok, fry lemon grass, garlic and shallots and pepper if using. Coat pork chops with a little cornstarch and add into pan and fry until sauce dries up.
