1. Marinate beef with seasoning for about 30 minutes.
2. Wash green pepper. Remove seeds and dice. Skin carrot, wash and dice. Wash celery and dice. Dice onion. Skin garlic and crush.
3. Wash lettuce, drain.
4. Par-boil corn and carrot. Drain.
5. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute onion, then add in celery and green pepper to stir-fry. Add in corn and carrot, stir-fry and dish up.
6. Heat 2 tbsp. oil. Saute garlic, discard. Add in beef and stir-fry. Add in assorted vegetables and mix well. Add in sauce. Stir-fry and dish up. Serve with lettuce and Hoisin Sauce.
