In a clean,dry bowl,beat egg whites until
stiff using an electric beater.
Combine all dry ingredients,and beat into egg white mixture a little at a time.
Add in vinegar and beat until mixture firms and stands.
Pour mixture into a cake pan,20cm in diameter and 9cm tall. Place in oven and heat until surface colours slightly and becomes dry and crisp.
Leave in oven overnight.
Carefully remove from oven and baking pan, and transfer it carefully onto serving plate.
Decorate with cream and fresh fruits of your choice.
