Ingredient and Portion
南瓜泥 200g
牛奶 50ml
甜忌廉 75ml
蜂蜜 20g
細砂糖 10g
Method
1.將洗淨濕潤的南瓜放入微波爐叮至軟身備用(或可用隔水蒸方法)
2.用打蛋器將甜忌廉以低速打發至7-8成,打好後先放入雪櫃冷藏
3.另外將牛奶,軟身的南瓜,蜂蜜及細砂糖放入攪拌器中攪拌至糊狀
4.加入打發好的甜忌廉入南瓜糊中拌勻
5.放入盆中封上保鮮紙,放入冰箱雪3-4小時
6.雪3-4小時取出來,快速攪散,再放回冰箱中雪一日
Tips
1.從冰箱取出來雪糕好實的,要快速攪散後,即時放回冰箱.
