1. Sift together baking powder and flour.
2. Lightly beat eggs.
3. Beat sugar into eggs, and add in milk,oil and tea powder and mix well.
4. Sift flour into egg mixture, and stir until smooth.
5. Divide mixture into 6 greased muffin cups evenly,and spoon in 1tbsp of red bean paste in each cup. Bake in preheated 160C oven for around 20 mins.
To test if muffins are done, stick a wooden stick into middle of muffin. If skewer comes out clean,muffin is done.
