With only a simple rosemary seasoning and perfect grilling, the flavour of the lamb rack are all locked in itself. A great idea for large dinner parties.
marinade: garlic 6 cloves olive oil 1/2 cup rosemary 1tsp some salt and pepper
Method
Rub marinade over lamb racks and let marinade for at least 4 hours. Preheat oven to 185C. Put in prepared lamb racks and roast for 12-15 minutes until desired doneness.
