本人好鐘意食 scone,但係又唔係好多地方有得食,就算有都唔係咁好味.所以搜查了 cookbook 及網上的資料加以自己的喜好,試做左一次.哈,原來好易做同味道都幾好喎.剛焗出的 scones,外脆內軟再加上 clotted cream, jam.再黎一杯西茶.很棒的 High Tea呀!

自發粉 200g
糖 50g
牛油(無鹽) 60g
淡奶 4茶匙
蛋 1隻
發粉 3茶匙
雲尼拿油 少許
Method
1.將牛油,淡奶,蛋,雲尼拿油及糖混合及以攪蛋器攪勻。
2.自發粉及發粉混合後過篩勻,然後加鹽。
3.將(2)慢慢加入(1),拌勻至粉糰狀。
4.將粉糰分開再塑造出大約1吋直徑及2吋高的圓柱體。
5.焗爐預熱,然後放入已塑形的粉糰於200度焗大約10-15分鐘。
Tips
牛油和淡奶是不能完全攪勻的,這絶對不成問題,照樣加入(2)混合便可
