1. Sieve impurities away from the sesame, fry it in the pot over mild heat until it turns golden yellow and fragrance comes out, take it out, grind it, place it in a bowl, put sugar and peanut oil in and stir them well to make stuffing.
2. Stir flour well with baking powder, sieve the mixture once and place it in a large bowl for use. Dissolve the remaining sugar in 200g water in a third bowl, pour the syrup into the bowl of flour and meanwhile stir them with chopsticks to make a dough ball.
3. Divide the dough ball into 10 small pieces of dough and knead them into small round cakes. Put hte stuffing in the centre of each round cake, fold the case up to seal it with the opening turned downward and steam them in the steamer for 15 minutes until cooked for serving.
