Sesame seeds are known to be good for skin and hair as it is high in plant based fats. It gives a very fragrant smell, and is often used to increase flavour and taste in many sweet or savoury dishes.
Ingredient and Portion

360g flour
40g peanut oil
100g sesame
220g sugar
20g baking powder
Method
1. Sieve impurities away from the sesame, fry it in the pot over mild heat until it turns golden yellow and fragrance comes out, take it out, grind it, place it in a bowl, put sugar and peanut oil in and stir them well to make stuffing.
2. Stir flour well with baking powder, sieve the mixture once and place it in a large bowl for use. Dissolve the remaining sugar in 200g water in a third bowl, pour the syrup into the bowl of flour and meanwhile stir them with chopsticks to make a dough ball.
3. Divide the dough ball into 10 small pieces of dough and knead them into small round cakes. Put hte stuffing in the centre of each round cake, fold the case up to seal it with the opening turned downward and steam them in the steamer for 15 minutes until cooked for serving.
Tips
Ready made sesame paste are available from some grocery stores. Other dessert fillings such as red bean paste and lotus sedd paste are also available.

drbugs This recipe seems to be missing some information. You're supposed to put the sugar to make the sesame paste. However, it then tells you to add the remaining sugar into the flour mixture. How much sugar in each part?
